Island: Sequence matched Honduran Mahogany over ultra-light core. Keyed rift sawn mahogany edges, rift sawn 13/4” face frames w/ 3/32” gaps, prefinished maple interior.
Cabinets: Comb grained white oak veneer over ultra-light cores, keyed, quarter sawn oak edges, rift sawn 1.75” x .75”. Face frames w/ 3/32 gaps, prefinished maple interiors.
Pocket holed face frames. Splined and glued face frame / carcass. Full dado carcases, piloted, screwed and glued. Flush cabinet / face frame clearance.
Island: 3 coats Antique tung oil
Cabinets: Hand mixed lime, followed by 3 coats tung oil
Accuride slides, Suss hinges, custom nickel pulls.
