Case 3: For CD / DVD & media storage 37 x 83” H x 19"D.

Solid quartered & rift white oak and veneers.
Cabinet ends toe kick, valence & aprons plain sawn solid oak. Floating custom decorative end panels quarter sawn & figured white oak. Tennon retention pegs to be end grain white oak in contrasting stain.
Countertop if quartered & figured white oak veneer over engineered core.
Shelves, decks and partitions flat cut A2 grade veneer over MDF core.

Cases on frames. Indexed, floating top.
Custom stile and rail cabinet ends with floating tennon and pillowed wood pegs for panel and tennon retention.
Floating panels, sub rails, toe kick and valance aprons to feature custom radiused (clouded) machining per design drawings.
A combination of floating mortise & tennon, panel and tennon retention pegs, doweling, blind dadoes, biscuiting and screw and glue joints required to achieve the intended design. No visible fasteners.

3 coats hardening oil.

Hafele brass shelf pins. Hafele leg levlers.

Unique custom floating panels, cloud lifts and stepped design details.

Very labor intensive detailing.
